Senate Prejudgment Redress Petition

Petition to Restore the Senate’s Integrity from Appearance of Prejudgment

1      ABSTRACT OF REDRESS PETITION

Presenting Grievances that “We the People” unjustly influenced and corruptly persuaded the Senate when seated as a Supreme Court of Impeachment in 1999 to try William Jefferson Clinton;
Of misprisions***, by Senators Bunning, Crapo and Schumer, by giving the appearance of prejudgment by trying articles of impeachment having voted on issuing those articles while Representatives.
Of misprisions by 49 Senators present in both the 101st and 106th Congress, of negligence by failing to raise a Point of Order over this appearance of prejudgment, in breach of the Senate’s established practice to recuse such Senators to explicitly protect the integrity of the Senate;
Of misprisions by these 52 Senators of negligence in failing to raise a Point of Order to protect the Senate from such unjust influence and corrupt persuasion by “We the People”;
Of misprisions by those 52 Senators of thus breaching their Impeachment Oaths, Oaths of Office and the Constitution, of undermining justice, and acting repugnantly to the Declaration of Independence.
Prayers that these Senators show cause for these misprisions to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics.
Prayer to redress these grievances by the Senate Select Committee on Ethics investigating these misprisions reporting thereon to the Senate and to “We the People”, and by preparing ethical guidelines, submitted to that Committee per its rules, with a copy to the President of the Senate requesting this referral.
Prayer to redress these grievances by forming Senate Impeachment Rules to prevent future appearances of prejudgment and to protect Officers of the Impeachment Court, submitted to the President of the Senate, for referral to the Committee on Rules and Administration.
Prayer that the Senate as the Committee of the Whole accept and act on these prayers to restore its integrity.
